This is an UNPAID internship.

Qualifications:
​
- Some Graphic designing experience (Photoshop and/or Illustrator)
​
- Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote (Mac), and Google Docs
​
- Knowledge of English writing and communication skills
​
- Digital and social media posting experience
​
- Trustworthy with sensitive and/or confidential information
​
- Self-starter, able to learn/adapt quickly and accurately
​
- Innovative and creative thinker
​
- Must be able to come into the corporate office location at least 5 days a week. Weekends are free...
Duties will include:
​
- Assist management team with day-to-day administrative work, database data entry, etc.
​
- Social media marketing & posting/maintenance (Facebook, Twitter, YT, Instagram, LinkedIN etc.)
​
- Assemble record & film sales sheets and/or other documents for clients review
​
- Organizing and updating music and publishing catalogues
​
I will provide you with a glowing letter of recommendation upon the completion of your internship or an acceptable credit letter to your school internship program.
​
Office hours will be Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 5pm.
​
Intern must bring a Personal LapTop computer to the office...
​
AMG would require that you have complete Medical Travel coverage for the time you will be in Canada...
​
You may come into Canada on a 6 month VISITOR visa
​

To do an internship in Canada, you need a “PVT” open work permit:
​
- You must register on the government site canada.ca, by typing “EIC” on the search bar.
​
Registering on the list of candidates is the first step in applying for a “PVT” Canada work permit. Registration is free and requires no documentation.
​
- You must indicate that you have neither an internship nor an employer. This will enable you to obtain an open work visa at no cost to you or your employer.
​
- Once registered, applicants may (or may not!) be invited to apply for a PVT. This visa is subject to lottery. Waiting times vary from 1 to 4 months.
​
- If you are selected, you must present your biometric data at one of the centers in Paris/Lyon.
​
- Finally, once your biometric data has been entered, you should receive a letter of introduction which you must edit and present to the migration services. you must take out insurance, which will determine the duration of your visa.
